Good Morning,
It's a beautiful day in New England. Mudpuppy & I spent a couple of hours protesting the circus. My stars!! What those people at Ringling Brothers-Barnum Bailey Circus do! They routinely torture animals. Someone said that the horses were in very bad condition yesterday.
Some of the people going in....one yelled at the protesters to get a life.
One person compared the captivity & torture of the circus animals to us having a dog. Right.
I really don't understand why the circus is still around. Back in the days before many could read, there was no television, etc...these animals were exotic...now, they're in thousands of zoos, petting zoos, books, films, etc. Why support the torture & slavery? If you want to see a circus...Circ de Solei (spelling??)...now that's a show.
Barnum et al are far from the greatest show on earth, hell, they aren't even a show....they're mindless dribble.
