Strong Woman (Julianne Jennings) is a Cultural Anthroplogist and a member of the Nottoway Tribal community. For over fifteen years Ms. Jennings has been teaching children and adults about the history and culture of the Native people in Southern New England through developing educational programs,
and writing educational resource materials for classroom use. She also conducts workshops, lectures and demonstrations on contemporary and traditional Native culture and topics. |
