Q. When will I get my shirt?
A. If we have your shirt in stock it will ship out within a day..two at most. Out of stock items are usually marked as such, or the shopping cart will balk when you try to add an out of stock item to the cart. If you don't hear from us within 48 hours after placing your order, please contact us to verify that your order went through. If we're out on the pow-wow highway, or out trying to save the world or simply enjoy it, it may take a few days for us to get your email, so please be patient - your order is important to us. Every once in a while we may run out of a popular shirt, or reject incoming stock (we're picky about quality), before we get a chance to update the inventory count. If your item is not in stock, please allow 2-3 weeks for reprinting.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: As long as you haven't worn it, washed it, cut it, or dropped food on it.. . In other words, as long as we can resell it, we will give you a refund or do an exchange. When you purchase an order with free shipping, there is a 15% restocking fee if you return it for a refund. All returns must be pre-authorized by us within 7 days of receipt, and returned asap in order to get a refund. Returns pre-authorized after 7 days of receipt, or returned later than 7 days after pre-authorization will be given store credit. Product must be unused and in original condition. All returns MUST be accompanied with your name, address, and phone or email. (We've gotten returns with no identification of who sent it) No refunds will be granted after 21 days from receipt except for orders placed in the month of December. For all orders placed during the month of December, we will extend pre-authorization until 31 days after December 25th. Shipping charges are non-refundable except under special circumstances. If you receive a damaged product, please notify us immediately. If insured and damaged in shipment, we will file a claim with the shipper. If it is a manufacturers defect or a packing error, we will authorize a return, and will refund the cost of shipping the product back to us once we determine that we or the manufacturer was at fault. There are no shipping refunds for return products except as just stated. We recommend sending US Postal Priority mail. That way you'll have delivery confirmation. Usually sale, clearance and discounted items are not refundable...but like everything else..if there are unusual circumstances, we can talk.

Q: I don't want to give my credit card information over the Internet. What are my other options?
A: Your credit card transaction through us is encrypted, and you should see a little "lock" in the lower right hand corner during the transaction. We utilize Secure Socket Layer encryption, which scrambles your credit card information so that it is unrecognizable to potential hackers. If you're not comfortable doing a credit card transaction over the internet, you can still place an order by telephone or use our printable order form and snail mail it to us. We accept personal checks, cashier checks, and money orders in addition to Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. DO NOT SEND CASH. Send all snail mail to:

Q. I have an idea for a design and would like to sell it. How do I go about this?
A. We really don't go searching for ideas, but if you have one you'd like to run by us...feel free. If we like it and we produce it, we'll both make some money, have some fun and maybe change the world!
Q. I want to send something from Coyote's Corner as a gift. Can you take care of this for me?
A. Absolutely! Our items make wonderful gifts. Just let us know the contact information of the lucky recipient and we will take care of the rest. Also, please provide us with what you'd like to say to the recipient by sending a separate email. If you would like to send items to multiple locations, it will be less confusing for everyone if you fill out separate orders for each. We can provide a generic, tree-free card for a $3.00 fee.
Q. If I get on your mailing list, you're not going to sell my name to other companies or provide info to Bushco are you?
A. Absolutely not! Although we do send out a mass notice to our mailing list on occasion, we will NEVER sell or share our mailing list with ANY organization. If you find yourself on our list and do not want to receive further emails, simply tell us to remove you and we will, no questions asked.
Q. Do your shirts shrink?
A. Our shirts are all high quality 98% - 100% cotton, pre-shrunk t-shirts. That being said, yes they may shrink a little, particularly if you wash them in hot water and then throw them into the dryer. Best advice to avoid any shrinkage is to wash in cold water and line dry. That also helps our planet and keeps your utility bill down.
Q. I only want to purchase goods made in the US; are Coyote's Corner items Union made?
A: Currently the shirts we purchase are from Fruit of the Loom, Gildan, Hanes or other compsnies that provide us a high quality garment that's as reliable as the sunrise, and they do it for a price that allows us to stay in business. We've just recently looked into where and how these shirts are made, and decided we could do a better job of walking our talk. We intend to use only union manufactured shirts to produce our designs. (except, perhaps if the shirt is made in American Indian country, of organic materials and dyes, and is unafiliated with any multinationals) Our current production volume does not allow us to take advantage of volume discounts that would make this practice feasible. It's one of those nagging trade offs that we have to deal with in this age of globalization. That being said, we've come up with a strategy:
We're adding options on the shirts; if you want a union made shirt, you will be able to purchase it - and it will be reflected in the price. The same for organic and hemp. This will allow you, the customer to purchase what you want and we will stay in business!
Rest assured that as soon as we can purchase by lots of thousands (instead of dozens), we will go 100% organic American made. We already do purchase our shirts from a small, family owned business.
Our drums are made on a reservation by traditional American Indian drummakers.
Our dreamcatchers and medicine wheels are made by a wonderful artist of Cherokee, Miq Maq, and Jewish heritage.
These items are definitely "American (Indian)" made.
Q. How do I get my business/ organization listed on your Cool Links page? Do you trade links?
A. Let us know who you are and what you're about. Reciprocal links are a great way to make a web based business more successful, but we want to make sure we're all on the same page. This means no sex sites, no racist, hateful or right-wing sites. We also tend not to do link exchanges with the CafePress type web-mall outlets. Since these are in essence temporary websites, we feel that the constant updating of link lists to add and remove these here-today-gone-tomorrow businesses is more trouble than it's worth.
Send us an email and include your URL. We'll be in touch.
Q. I'm very happy with the items I've purchased and the service was great. How can I help spread the word about your wonderful company?
A. Tell your friends and neighbors. When you wear one of our shirts, you will get comments and feedback. When you use your drum, you will get questions, please let people know who and where we are! And by all means, if you have a website or participate in blogs or discussion groups, we'd love the exposure. We are also open to people selling our items from a cataloug a.k.a Avon or Wildtree...except you don't have to have a home party...just show the cataloug and collect the money.
Q. I love your designs and want to change the world. Can you recommend some good causes?
A. Check out our Links and Walk the Walk pages. This big ol' world needs a LOT of fixing, so get active and have fun!
Q. I would like to become a distributor of Coyote's Corner items. Can I do this?
A. We are always looking to expand sales opportunities. Send us an email with your contact info and tell us more about your business. We are very flexible with wholesale pricing. Please be aware that many of our designs are copyrighted and remain the our property or the property of the artist we have a contract with. Be warned, if we learn that someone is stealing our designs, our bloodthirsty lawyers will pay them a visit. Or worse, we may send friends over to personally show you how pissed a Coyote can get!
Q. I notice that a lot of your shirts are of a decidedly left-wing persuasion. Are you a bunch of anti-Americans or what?
A. Nope. We just dislike the extreme right wing and their, John-Wayne-version of history and politics. This country was made great by the people who worked the mines, built the railroads, tilled the fields, slaved in the factories, organized into unions and defended the constitution, and not by the weasel owners of these operations who profited on their sweat and blood. If you need an education based on reality, read "A People's History of the United States" by Howard Zinn or anything by Michael Parenti.
Q. I'm in a right-wing militia organization and would like to kill you. How do I go about this?
A. Go immediately to the nearest Fundamentalists for Bush chapter. I'm the one with the conservative Stepford wife glazed constipated look on my face....by the way, the guy doing all the talking next to me slept with your sister last night. He said she wasn't as good as your mom.
