Coyotes Corner, a home based, woman owned business has been chosen to provide the authentic pow wow drums, stands and drum beaters that will be used by the American Indian drummers in the opening ceremonies of the 2002 Winter Olympics. The drums were made by noted Navaho drum maker Jonald Winterhawk Lowe.

Coyotes Corner is also supplying the sacred White Sage & Sweetgrass braids that are needed to waken the drums. As is tradition, the White Sage & Sweetgrass are being gifted to the drummers.

Founded four years ago, as a means to support Brianna, Coyote's granddaughter, while enabling her to home school and travel, Coyotes Corner is an internet based port-a-store.

Coyotes Corner, 'Very Cool Stuff For the World' offers authentic American Indian items, including dream catchers, medicine wheels, jewelry and more. The store also carries tipis, supplies, blankets, and an impressive selection of t-shirts and bumper stickers.
