At Coyotes Corner, we strive to send your order out within 2 business days.
Although we try to get everything out within two business days, sometimes we get swamped. We can not gaurantee anything in the case of blizzards, tornados, earthquakes, tsunamis, floods, Nor'Easters (google it) or the political work stoppage in any given area.
Please understand, once we ship your order, it is out of our hands.
TO ORDER BY MAIL
Just go through the order process, print out the order, enclose a check or money order and drop it in the post. All the information we need will be on the order form.
UPS does not deliver to Post Office boxes, so if you need UPS delivery, please include a street address.
If you're paying by credit card, please include your account number, expiration date, security code and an authorized signature. If your order is going to a place other than the address that your bill goes to, please include the billing address.
There's a twenty dollar charge for returned checks.
We usually use the United States Postal Service to ship in the US and all US colonies, PO boxes and FPO/APO addresses.

We are usually here to answer your calls M-F from 9 AM- 6 PM EST . There are times when our lines are all busy or we are having that moment of zen, then you'll get our voice mail. To make that experience as easy as possible, we suggest you have your credit card ready and know what you want to order. The process will be even easier if you have your order written out. You can also fax us at 401-270-5243 24 anytime
SHIPPING
We normally use the United States Postal Service Priority Mail. However, we will use which ever carrier you chose. Remember, UPS does not ship to PO Boxes. When we offer Free Shipping, we use the less expensive choice.
If you want to send items to more than one address, you must pay for each shipping address.
RETURNS OR EXCHANGES
We want to make this part of your world real easy. We hope you love your item. If you don't like the color, or it doesn't fit or whatever, call us or e-mail us for authorization, then ship it back. Please send us the invoice or at least your invoice number along with a note about what you would like us to change. We cannot accept worn, washed, sewn, trimmed, cut or decorated items. If we've made the mistake (shocking....but occasionally true!!) - we'll fix it. It will all be good. Feel free to call us (1-401-438-7678) so we can fix the problem. For exchanges, please send more money to reship. We are not responsiblefor shipping if you ordered the incorrect size or the color looks terrible on you. If the problem is on our end, we'll be responsible.
There are no refunds on discontinued or sale items, unless we screwed up.
