At Coyotes Corner, we really try to get your order out quickly. A regular order can take up to two weeks. This accounts for processing, packaging, delivery and the occasional moment of Zen we might need. Although we try to get everything out within two business days, sometimes we get swamped. If you want to get your stuff really fast, try a RUSH ORDER. This is an in-house priority where for $3.00 more, your order is filled within one business day.

TO ORDER BY MAIL
Please fill out the order form completely. Please don't forget SIZE and COLOR. Double check the item numbers and color. It's a good idea to have a second choice on items, every once in a while we might be out of stock on an item. If you find that there isn't enough room on the order form, feel free to use a piece of scrap paper...just keep it neat so we can read it! We'd like to have a daytime phone number where we can speak with you or leave a message.
UPS does not deliver to Post Office boxes, so if you need UPS delivery, please include a street address.
If you're paying by credit card, please include your account number, expiration date, security code and an authorized signature. If your order is going to a place other than the address that your bill goes to, please include the billing address.
You can also send a check or money order. Please don't send cash.
There's a twenty dollar charge for returned checks.
We usually use the United States Postal Service to ship in the US and all US colonies, PO boxes and FPO/APO addresses.

ORDER BY PHONE
We are usually here to answer your calls M-F from 10 AM- 6 PM and on Sat from 10AM-4PM EST. There are times when our lines are all busy or we are having that moment of zen, then you'll get our voice mail. To make that experience as easy as possible, we suggest you have your credit card ready and know what you want to order. The process will be even easier if you have your written out. You can also fax us at 401-270-2966 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

SHIPPING
We normally use the United States Postal Service Priority Mail. It's usually the cheapest, quickest, and most reliable method of delivery within the US. That means that you will get your item within two or three days after we ship it. The reasons we use US Priority are because the items are scanned upon delivery. This does not mean we have tracking numbers - we do not! We have Delivery Confirmation numbers. The US Postal Service is also less expensive than UPS, FEDEX, etc. ..so we like it.

If you want to send items to more than one address, you must pay for each shipping address.

RETURNS OR EXCHANGES
We want to make this part of your world real easy. We hope you love your item. If you don't like the color, or it doesn't fit or whatever, just ship it back. Please send us the invoice or at least your invoice number along with a note about what you would like us to change. We cannot accept worn, washed, sewn, trimmed, cut or decorated items. If we've made the mistake (shocking....but occasionally true!!) - we'll fix it. It will all be good. Feel free to call us (1-888-COYOTE9) so we can fix the problem. For exchanges, please send more money to reship.
